We are proud to offer nutritious, thoughtfully sourced meals that support growing bodies and healthy development. Whenever possible, we prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients — including organic options — and make intentional choices about the foods we serve. We also grow vegetables in our own garden, giving children the opportunity to plant, tend, and harvest foods they can enjoy at mealtime.
Meals are served family-style, allowing children to listen to their bodies and choose how much and which foods they would like to eat. We intentionally create opportunities for children to participate in meal preparation, building confidence and life skills along the way. It’s not uncommon to see children measuring, pouring, and mixing ingredients for simple recipes. When children help prepare their food, they are naturally more curious and open to trying new things.
Within our small, family-style setting, we also teach important life skills such as setting the table, passing dishes respectfully, and cleaning up after meals. These shared experiences foster independence, responsibility, and meaningful connection around the table.
